Quick breakfast smoothies are not only convenient; they are filling, nourishing, and delicious. If you’re like me, mornings are often rushed. I tell myself I have enough time to put the dishes away or clean the litter box and then somehow time flies by and I have 5 minutes until I need to leave and haven’t made breakfast yet. Even if you have little time to spare, all you need is about 5 minutes to make this quick breakfast smoothie. The dishes will have to wait…

Below are a few of my favorite recipes that I’ve experimented with. You’ll want to purchase protein powder for all these smoothies. My favorite brand is called Revly which is Amazons brand of protein. It is delicious and non chalky in taste/texture. Purchase Revly protein here!

Making breakfast doesn’t have to be time consuming. These 3 healthy breakfast smoothies will give you energy for a successful morning.


Peanut Butter Jelly Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Frozen Banana
1 TBSP peanut butter
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 cup dairy-free milk

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a blender until well combined & enjoy! I like to garnish mine with some granola, nuts, and some coconut flakes.


Monkey Mocha Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Frozen Banana
1 TBSP peanut butter
1 cup dairy-free milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 handful of spinach
1 TBSP oats
1 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a blender until well combined & enjoy!


Green Tropics

Ingrediants

1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen kale or spinach
1 + 1/4 cup dairy-free milk
1 scoop vanilla protein
2 TBSP honey

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a blender until well combined & enjoy!
